Hi, just wondering if there are any rentals in this building. My great uncle lived there back in the day & I’ve submitted pictures and a bit of history about the building.
I’m planning on visiting Callao this fall & was hoping I might be able to stay in the building if there are any lodgings available.

As you can see in our article here, Casa Ronald has been restored and transformed into mostly an artist-driven center with a few commercially-zoned spaces. Unfortunately there are no hotels in the building, nor are there any apartments for short-term rent. There are only art galleries, small commercial shops, cafes, and restaurants located in the building now. I do believe there is also a co-working office space located in Casa Ronald now as well, called CoMon Callao Monumental.
Casa Ronald and Callao Monumental are absolute gems. Make sure to visit the Fortaleza del Real Felipe and La Punta District neighborhood while you are nearby in Callao. I do hope you enjoy your stay in Peru.
